  • A Grafana Cloud account (Free tier is enough)
  • Administrator permissions if you still need to enable Assistant from plugin settings
  • Data sources configured (recommended)

Time to put setup into practice in your Grafana Cloud stack. This learning path walks you through opening the Grafana Assistant plugin, enabling Assistant if your stack still shows the enable page, opening Assistant to send a first prompt, using at-mentions so Assistant targets the right data source, and finding Learn mode in the panel.

Work through each milestone in order. If Assistant is already enabled for your stack, skip the enable steps when the path offers them. Treat Assistant replies as drafts.
