Manage collectors with Fleet Management

Running a single Alloy collector is straighforward. As you deploy more Alloy collectors, keeping every host’s configuration in sync becomes hard. Grafana Fleet Management is a Grafana Cloud feature for managing collector deployments at scale.

What Fleet Management gives you

With Fleet Management, you can:

  • Manage configurations across collectors from a central hub
  • Create and adjust collector configuration remotely, which Fleet Management calls pipelines
  • View health dashboards for your fleet

Where to find it

In the Grafana Cloud menu, go to Connections > Fleet Management, then open the Inventory tab to view collectors that have connected to Fleet Management. If no collectors appear yet, that’s expected. Fleet Management becomes useful once Alloy is installed and connected.
