## About this course

In this course, you’ll learn to explore metrics and logs using Grafana Drilldown apps. These are visual exploration tools that let you investigate infrastructure data without writing queries.

This is a Level 1 infrastructure observability course. It focuses on metrics and logs because those signals are typically available immediately in most environments. Traces and profiles require application instrumentation and will be covered in a separate Level 2 course.

- Engineers who have metrics or logs accessible in Grafana
- Anyone who wants to explore infrastructure data without learning query languages
- Teams investigating infrastructure health issues visually
