# listObjects

`S3Client.listObjects()` lists the objects contained in a bucket.

### Parameters

Expand table

| Parameter         | Type   | Description                                                       |
|-------------------|--------|-------------------------------------------------------------------|
| bucketName        | string | Name of the bucket to fetch the object from.                      |
| prefix (optional) | string | Limits the response to keys that begin with the specified prefix. |
