Add or remove a user

This page explains how to add or remove user accounts in Grafana.

In the sidebar, hover your mouse over the Server Admin (shield) icon and then click Users.
In the Users tab, click New user.
In Name, enter the name of the user.
In E-mail, enter the email of the user.
In Username, enter the username that the user will use to log in.
In Password, enter a password. The user can change their password once they log in.
Click Create to create the user account.

In the sidebar, hover your mouse over the Server Admin (shield) icon and then click Users.
Click to select the user you want to remove.
Click Delete User.
Click Delete user in the dialog to confirm.

This page explains how to add or remove users from teams in Grafana.

In the sidebar, hover your mouse over the Configuration (gear) icon and then click Teams.
Click the team you want to add the user to.
Click Add member.
In the Add team member box, select the user you want to add to the team.
Click Add to team.

In the sidebar, hover your mouse over the Configuration (gear) icon and then click Teams.
Click the team you want to remove the user from.
Click X to the right of the user’s name.
Click Delete to confirm.

Click New team.
In Name, enter the name of the team.
Click Create.

In the sidebar, hover your mouse over the Configuration (gear) icon and then click Teams.
Click X to the right of the team’s name.
Click Delete to confirm.

In the sidebar, hover your mouse over the Server Admin (shield) icon and then click Users.
Click to select the user you want to enable.
Click Enable User.

In the sidebar, hover your mouse over the Server Admin (shield) icon and then click Users.
Click to select the user you want to disable.
Click Disable User.
Click Disable user in the dialog to confirm.
