Grafana Workflows is currently in public preview. Grafana Labs offers limited support, and breaking changes might occur prior to the feature being made generally available.

Use the pages in this section to manage and monitor Grafana Workflows after you build them. Learn how to control who can view and edit workflows, store credentials as secrets, inspect runs, and troubleshoot common failures.

  • Manage access
    Grant Grafana Workflows access to your team using the plugin's RBAC roles and folder permissions for workflow definitions, run events, and secrets.
  • Manage secrets
    Store and reference sensitive values, such as API tokens, in Grafana Workflows using the Workflows Secrets page or Grafana Secrets Management.
  • Observe workflow runs
    Inspect and debug Grafana Workflows runs from the Latest runs panel in the editor, including run statuses, step inputs and outputs, and run history.
  • Troubleshoot workflows
    Diagnose common Grafana Workflows failures including missed triggers, CEL errors, secret resolution issues, and step failures.
