# Manage schedules and shifts in the Grafana mobile app

Check your upcoming shifts and manage shift swaps directly from your phone.

Schedules appear in the app when **Grafana IRM** is turned on under **Settings** > **Products**. Refer to [Choose which products you see](/docs/grafana-cloud/platform/mobile-app/settings/#choose-which-products-you-see).

## View your schedules and shifts

The **My schedules** section on **Home** shows your current on-call status. Tap the **My schedules** header to see a chronological view of your upcoming shifts, or tap a schedule card to open the full schedule.

To see schedules across your teams, tap **Browse** > **Schedules**:

- **Mine**: schedules you’re assigned to.
- **All**: every schedule available to you.

Tap the filter icon in the app bar to narrow the list by team. Selected filters appear under **Current filters**, and previously used filters are saved under **Recent filters**.

On a schedule, a gap where nobody is on call shows as **Nobody on-call**.

## View a schedule in another time zone

On a schedule’s detail screen, tap the clock icon in the app bar to view its shifts in a different time zone. This only changes how the schedule displays for you. It doesn’t change the schedule itself or anyone’s shifts.

## Check a schedule’s quality score

On a schedule’s detail screen, tap the **Quality** chip to open the **Schedule quality** score. The score runs from **Bad** to **Great**, based on how balanced the rotation is over roughly the next year. When there are problems, the details list them under **Rotation structure issues** or **Overloaded users**.

## Create a shift swap request

1. Open a schedule from **Home** or **Browse** > **Schedules**.
2. Tap the shift swap icon in the app bar, or open a specific shift you’re assigned to and start a swap from there.
3. Set the **Starts** and **Ends** range, optionally add a comment, and tap **Create**.

Eligible teammates can see the request, and you’re notified when someone accepts it.

## Accept a shift swap request

1. Open the request from a push notification, or tap **Browse** > **Schedules**, open the relevant schedule, and tap the shift swap entry.
2. Review the swap details.
3. Tap **Accept** to take the shift. Both you and the requester are notified.

If you created the request and want to cancel it before anyone accepts, open it and tap **Delete**.
