Install and sign in to the Grafana mobile app

Download the Grafana mobile app, then sign in with your Grafana Cloud account.

Before you begin

You need a Grafana Cloud account and a compatible iOS or Android device.

Signing in doesn’t require any particular role, but what you see afterward does. To view alert groups, schedules, or incidents, your organization must have Grafana IRM set up, and you need at least a Viewer role for that resource. To act on them, for example to acknowledge an alert group or create a shift swap, you need at least an Editor role. Refer to Choose which products you see to learn what happens when a section isn’t visible to you.

Download the app

Search for Grafana in the App Store or Google Play, or use the following links:

Sign in with your stack URL

  1. Open the app and tap Sign in.
  2. Enter your Grafana stack URL, for example yourstack, and tap Continue. The app appends .grafana.net automatically. If you type a full domain, the app doesn’t add the suffix.
  3. Sign in with your Grafana.com credentials in the browser window that opens.
  4. Return to the app to finish setup.

Sign in with a QR code

You can also sign in by scanning a QR code from your Grafana Cloud profile:

  1. On the Sign in screen, tap Or connect app via QR code.
  2. On a computer, open Grafana, click your avatar in the top right, select Profile, then open the Mobile App tab.
  3. Point your device camera at the QR code to scan it. The app signs you in automatically.
