Grafana IRM

Keep on-call and incident response alongside your observability data, in the same workflow as the rest of Grafana Cloud.

Overview

Grafana IRM is the on-call management and incident response product in Grafana Cloud. Use it to create on-call schedules, escalate alerts to the people who are on call, and coordinate incidents from declaration through post-incident review.

Alerts from Grafana Alerting and other monitoring tools flow into IRM, where they’re grouped and routed through the escalation steps you define. From Slack, Microsoft Teams, or the Grafana mobile app, you can act on those alerts and declare and manage incidents. During an incident, you can investigate with the same metrics, logs, and traces that fired the alert.

After you resolve an incident, the incident timeline and insights help you review what happened and analyze trends.
