## Overview

Use **Grafana IRM** to coordinate your response when issues arise.

**Grafana IRM** manages on-call schedules, alert escalation, and response coordination so the right teams are notified. Declare incidents from alert groups and collaborate through integrations with tools like Slack and GitHub.

After an incident is resolved, relevant data is captured in the incident timeline for review, and Grafana dashboards and analytics help you refine your response strategy over time.
