# Cluster health

To understand what needs your attention in your Clusters, view the **Health** page from the main menu. It provides a live snapshot of active issues across all your Clusters. The time range is fixed to the last hour and cannot be changed. You can control how often the data updates (Off, Auto, 1m, 5m, 15m, or 1h).

The page has two tabs:

- [**Risks**](/docs/grafana-cloud/monitor-infrastructure/kubernetes-monitoring/optimize-resource-usage/cluster-health/risks/): Contains reliability and availability problems. Twelve checks are organized into three categories (Availability, Stability, and Infrastructure), each displaying a live count of affected resources.
- [**Efficiency**](/docs/grafana-cloud/monitor-infrastructure/kubernetes-monitoring/optimize-resource-usage/cluster-health/efficiency/): Highlights resource configuration gaps and waste. Summary counts show containers missing resource requests or limits, and tables list the top offenders for CPU and memory over-provisioning.
