Session Replay gives engineers and support teams an accurate playback of each user’s frontend experience, enabling faster issue investigation with more context and less guesswork.

Session Replay is an add-on feature for Grafana Cloud Frontend Observability that records user and browser interactions and reconstructs user session activity alongside your existing telemetry.

With Session Replay you can:

  • Watch user sessions in Grafana Cloud Frontend Observability to help investigate and debug frontend issues.
  • Understand user journeys and where users might be getting stuck or having a poor experience.
  • Control exactly what each recording captures, with masking and privacy options that keep sensitive and personal data out of replays.
