Kubernetes Integration for Grafana Cloud
The Kubernetes integration allows you to monitor and alert on resource usage in a Kubernetes cluster. Kubernetes is an open-source container orchestration system that automates software container deployment, scaling, and management. This integration includes dashboards to visualize individual and aggregate Pod resource usage. It also includes dashboards to visualize Kubelet metrics and Persistent Volume usage.
Use the walkthrough in Grafana Cloud to install the Kubernetes Integration. Click on the lightning bolt in the left hand navigation pane, then Kubernetes.
Modify the Grafana Agent ConfigMap
If you modify the Agent’s ConfigMap, you will need to restart the Agent Pod to pick up configuration changes. Use
kubectl rollout to restart the Agent:
$ kubectl rollout restart deployment/grafana-agent
