# Manage schedules and shifts in the Grafana IRM mobile app

Whether you’re checking your upcoming shifts or managing shift swaps, the mobile app makes it easy for you to manage on-call schedules and shifts directly from your mobile device.

## View on-call schedules and shifts

The **My on-call** section of the **Home** screen allows you to quickly view your current on-call status and upcoming shifts.

- Tap the **My on-call** header to open a chronological view of your upcoming shifts.
- Tap a schedule card to open the full schedule.
- Tap **Browse** in the bottom navigation bar, then tap **Schedules** to view all schedules and shifts across your teams.

### Find your schedules

The **My on-call** section of the **Home** screen provides instant visibility of your on-call schedules and shifts. You can also tap **Browse** > **Schedules** to view all available schedules and shifts across your teams:

- **Mine** tab: View the schedules you’re assigned to.
- **All** tab: See a full list of all available schedules.

Use the **filter** icon at the top of the **Schedules** screen to narrow down schedules by team, schedule type, and other parameters. This can help you find specific schedules, especially when managing multiple teams or roles.

## Create shift swap requests

If you need to swap an upcoming shift with a teammate, you can create a shift swap request from any schedule view in the mobile app.

To create a shift swap request:

1. From the **Home** screen, tap a schedule card in the **My on-call** section to open the full schedule.
2. Tap the **shift swap** icon in the top right corner of the schedule, or tap a specific shift and choose to start a swap from there.
3. Adjust the date range, complete the shift swap form, and tap **Create** to submit the request.

The shift swap request is visible to eligible teammates, and you’ll receive a notification when a teammate accepts the request.

## Accept shift swap requests

When a teammate submits a shift swap request, you may receive a push notification based on your notification preferences. You can review and accept the request directly from the mobile app.

To accept a shift swap request:

1. Open the push notification, or tap **Browse** > **Schedules** and tap into the relevant schedule.
2. Tap the shift swap entry to open the swap request details.
3. If you’re available and willing to take the shift, tap **Accept**.
4. After it has been accepted, the shift is updated, and both you and your teammate are notified.
