Steve is the Grafana Lab's most northernly employee, residing in the arctic circle whilst leading the development of Alerting at Grafana. Prior to this, Steve has 20 years experience in software engineering, in a wide range of fields from ASIC verification, embedded software, analytical databases, HPC and more recently of course, observability and critical system monitoring
