Srikar Mohan is a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at UKG, where he leads the company's enterprise observability platform and reliability tooling. He has spent over a decade at the intersection of observability and cloud architecture, with a passion for understanding how complex systems work and designing scalable, reliable solutions. He led the consolidation of UKG's observability platform and adoption of OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing, and continues to drive OpenTelemetry metrics and self-service observability capabilities. Outside of work, Srikar enjoys nature, stargazing, hiking, and traveling with his wife.
