Neha Kumar studied Information Systems Engineering before earning a Master's degree in IT Management. Over the past 12 years, she has held various technical and leadership roles across three Deutsche Telekom companies, building expertise in telecommunications, operations, cloud, automation and AI. Since April 2026, she has been serving as Consultancy Team Lead Observability, shaping the organization's observability strategy and accelerating adoption across engineering teams. She is passionate about bringing people together around a shared observability strategy and believes that sustainable transformation is built on empowered teams, open mindset, transparency and measurable outcomes.
