Matt has been using Grafana since it was just an Open Source dashboard. He's been advocating the adoption of the LGTM stack along with OpenTelemetry. He's used it to visualize everything from IT Infrastructure to the movement of farm vehicles and the state of his smart home. Matt is keen for organisations to explore the use of observability outside the usual confines of IT, and can often be found talking to anyone who will listen about how to track metrics from JIRA, Github, and even call-centre phone systems! He lives in Wales, UK with his family and their dog.
