Gerard is an aspiring software super-villain on a quest for justice against broken workflows. By day, he orchestrates the upgrade and security of core commercial banking systems responsible for billions of euros in transactions; by night, he plots against the inefficiency that plagues those very environments. After years of being asked "Can you commit to this date?" by Project Managers and "Just one more feature" by Product Owners, they have finally snapped. His mission is to automate the jobs of the people who signed off their last project for production without a second look, and he's starting by putting the entire data centre on a Stream Deck. When not plotting the downfall of the "Agile" industrial complex, Gerard builds open-source tools that make SREs look like wizards and feel like gods.
