As Chief Technical Systems Officer at Pegasystems, Frank Guerrera is responsible for Global Support and Operations of the products built on the Pega Infinity™ Platform. He leads the team of engineers, program managers, and architects, building and deploying scalable, reliable cloud services. Frank joined Pegasystems in 2017 and has more than 25 years of experience in technology operations and engineering. Frank is focused on driving a Proactive Service Model that aligns with an As-a-Service company and has held similar senior roles, successfully driving the transformation and growth of leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) vendors. Previously, Frank was vice president of SaaS services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), senior vice president of global infrastructure operations at Salesforce and vice president of cloud services at Nuance Communications. Before that, he held C-level roles at several technology organizations and operational positions at industry-leading corporations, including State Street, Reuters, Fidelity, and JP Morgan. Frank holds a degree in Business Administration from the College of Technology at the State University of New York – Farmingdale.
