Felix Mohnke
Observability Lead at Deutsche Telekom
Felix Mohnke has more than 20 years of experience in IT delivery, agile transformation, and large-scale software development within Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems. After studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, he started his career in software engineering and has since contributed to numerous strategic transformation initiatives, international rollouts, and technical and organizational change programs. His expertise includes integration, observability, platform modernization, and cross-functional collaboration. Since 1 January 2026, Felix has been serving as Observability Lead, driving the observability strategy to improve transparency, reliability, and operational excellence across Deutsche Telekom. He believes that trust, openness, reliability, and knowledge sharing are the foundation of successful teams and sustainable transformation.
