Elaine Hardwick is VP, Platform & AI Developer Experience at Rapid7, where she leads an AI SDLC transformation across 800+ engineers, product managers, designers, and QA, including a governed access layer for internal AI tooling. She also established Rapid7's cloud optimization team, which monitors AI and cloud spend and handles company-wide allocation and chargeback. Elaine spent ten years at Goldman Sachs before joining Rapid7, most recently as a VP on the Cloud Architecture team.
